Quiche 
 

1 lb sausage
10 eggs
1 pint half & half
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
½ lb mushrooms
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 ready made pie shells
2-3 cups grated cheese
a little oil

Coarsely chop veggies. Clarify onion in oil.
Add pepper & mushrooms, cook till tender. Add sausage, and cook till browned. Stir the Worchestershire sause into the sausage mixture after its done browning. Set aside.

Level 12” dutch oven. Put pie shell on trivet in dutch oven. Add ¼ of the sausage mixture to pie shell and top with cheese. Add another ¼ of sausage mixture and top with cheese again.

Mix 5 eggs and about 1/2 to 1 cup half and half. Beat slightly and gently pour over sausage mixture. Top with more cheese. Bake with 1 full ring top and bottom until done (about 45 min to 1 hour) It's done when a toothpick or fork comes out clean.

Repeat for remaining ingredients.
