Potluck Special – Corn
Casserole

| 2 cans cream style
corn 1 can whole kernel corn 4 eggs, beaten 1 box corn muffin mix ¾ c. oil chopped pimientos, to taste 1 Tbsp. minced onion, or to taste Mix all together and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min. Recipe adapted by Bob & Alice Gidney |
