Pasta with Chicken & Veggies Pesto 
 

Early prep:
Cut up your chcken breasets, and marinate in garlic powder, Italian Seasoning blend and a little lemon juice.
Put 2 packs of packaged pesto sauce mix in a cup of olive oil, and stir to mix well.

Noodles
Fill a 12" dutch oven to within 1" of top. Put a full spread of coals on the bottom and a ring on the top.
When you get a good boil going, add you favorite pasta noodles, cook until done (remember .... Al Dente)
Drain and add Pesto/Olive Oil and mix well.

Other stuff
Put a second dutch oven on a single ring of coals on the bottom.
Add a tablesppon of Olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, and 4 or five cloves of garlic sliced or chopped fine.
When garlic is browned, add chicken. Cover and stir occasionally until browned. You can put a few more coals on the lid.
When chicken is nicely browned, add a bag of frozen stir fry peppers and onions. We added some artichokes and some (reconstituted sun dried tomatoes as well.Give it another 10 minutes or so, and toss with the Pasta.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
