Glazed Ham 
 
2 cans ( 29-oz. each ) apricot halves, drained
1 c. apricot preserves
1½ tsp. cinnamon
1 boneless, fully cooked ham ( 6 – 8 lb. )
whole cloves, optional

Place about 1½ cans fruit in bottom of pan Place ham on fruit in pan.. Lightly score top of ham in diamond pattern and use whole cloves
to attach apricot halves to top of meat, if desired. Mix preserves and cinnamon and
pour over ham. Top with remaining apricots. Bake at 325 degrees for 1¼ to 1¾ hours or
till meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
Spoon sauce over ham when serving.

***Cans of sliced peaches and peach preserves may be used instead of apricots.***
