Corned Beef Hash  
 
Heat ~2 Tbsp oil in dutch oven
Add 1 bag Ore-Ida Obrien Potatos (with onions and peppers)
cook on medium to high heat until nicely browned.
Add 1-1/2 to 2 cups chopped or shredded cooked corned beef
Add salt and pepper
Cover and cook on low heat 10-15 minutes.
