Brown Bread

| ½ cup warm water 5 tsp. yeast 3 Tablespoons butter 2 cups warm milk 2 tsp. salt ¾ cup oats 6 ½ cups bread flour ½ cup whole wheat flour 6 Tablespoons cornmeal ¼ cup cocoa 2/3 cup molasses 1/3 cup honey
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, stir together
molasses and honey; add in yeast mixture and butter and milk mixture.
Mix well with dry ingredients, cover, and let rise in a warm place till
double, about 1 hour. Turn out onto floured surface and knead about
