Anadama Bread

1 Tbsp. dry yeast
¼ c. warm water
4 c. bread flour
½ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. dry milk
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. warm water

In small bowl, soften yeast in ¼ c. warm water for about 10 min. In large bowl, mix warm water, molasses, and olive oil. Add yeast. In second bowl, mix all dry ingredients and add into liquids. Stir well until dough forms a ball. Cover and let rise in warm place till doubled, about 1 hour. Stir dough into a ball and turn out onto floured surface and knead till smooth. Shape as desired, place in pan, cover, and let rise again till doubled. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min, or till bread sounds hollow when tapped. Brush melted butter over top when done.
