The Seabreeze Chapter held their May 2006 DOG at Seabreeze Park in La Porte on the 21st. Our theme for this month was Italian. The Butlers, Busos, Bauers, and Gidneys cooked. We enjoyed pasta with chicken and vegetables and cannolis made by the Busos. The Butlers treated us to Italian pot roast, Italian sausage rigatoni, amaretto pound cake,and a pasta salad. The Bauers made spaghetti with Italian sausage meatballs. The Gidneys fixed Italian meat loaf and herb and cheese bread. We had 19 people attend this month. Bernice and Tom Sellers from the Salt Grass Chapter were in the area and stopped by to visit. Sonny and Lynda Moak stopped by for a visit. We were all glad to get to see them for a while. After we ate we had a business meeting to plan the calendar and themes for the next cooking year.
