The Seabreeze chapter had their April DOG back in Deer Park at the Maxwell center. Thought we might have had some visitor traffic because of the Totally Texas Festival that day but the weather was cold and very windy so we didn't have any visitors. The three families that showed up to cook enjoyed some really good food. This month the theme was Cajun. Neil made jambalaya and berry cobbler. Ken Butler made chicken and sausage gumbo and Cajun macaroni and cheese. Alice made sticky chicken with dirty rice and French bread. I was about as cold as I have ever been at a DOG but when it was time to eat the food was so good we all forgot about the weather.
